1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata Special

This is a very nice and clean 1991 Mazda Miata Limited Edition with 39076 miles. The car has averaged less then 2100 miles per year, thats extremely low considering most drivers put 12000 - 15000 miles per year on a vehicle. In 1991 Mazda produced 3995 Miatas with the Limited Edition package, this one is number 2795. They were all painted British Racing Green and are considred somewhat of a collectors item. They all came with the following options. Some of them did not have the limited slip differential but this one does. They are usually purchased only to be driven on dry sunny days. They are normally the type of vehicle that get maintained very well, driven during the summer and parked in the garage when not driven. By the way this car looks and drives, it really lives up to that example. Within the last couple days I had the car inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic I take my vehicles to has been working on vehicles for 15 years working for a big new car dealership here in town, he is very good and all my vehicles go to him for the inspection and reconditioning. He has his own ASE certified repair facility and does anything from oil changes to rebuilding engines. He inspected it and told me its a very solid little car. He looked it over and took it for a test drive, it does not need brakes and the engine and transmission does not have any mechanical issues. He checked the fluid level and condition of the rear differential & transmission and they were all full and clean. He replaced the engine oil and filter and converted the old A/C freon from R-12 to R-134A. There are absolutely no mechanical issues with the car so I am including a warranty through a nation wide warranty company at no additional cost. This is a $0 deductible warranty good at any repair facility in the U.S. Mechanically I personally drive all the vehicles I sell for a few days before I get the serviced, this gives me a great idea on how they run and drive. I drove this one for a couple days and put around 50 miles on and it. The car drives great on the highway with cruise control set at 70 mph and it does great in town as well. There are no vibrations in the steering wheel at highway speeds and no abnormal drive train noise. The engine does not make any abnormal noises, no ticking or knocking. It starts right up every morning and idles very smooth when in neutral. The engine accelerates without any hesitation or jerking, the transmission shifts smooth through all 5 gears with no issues, and the clutch is very solid with no slippage or clutch chatter. The steering feels very solid and the suspension feels great when making a sharp turn. There are no issues with the car at all and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to Florida and back. If you look around on ebay or any other site that sells vehicles, you will see some great reviews on the Miatas, these cars last a very long time. They have a huge following and people usually buy them and hang on to them for several years.
