1999 Mercury Mystique LS

Any questions feel free to call 765-456-1788 or email, i normally reply to emails within 10 minutes. This very nice and clean 1999 Mercury Mystique LS with 54,009 miles. The car has averaged right around 4,900 miles per year, thats extremely low considering most drivers put 15,000 miles per year on a vehicle. The vehicle belonged to a older couple in Indianapolis. They purchased the car brand new 11/20/98 when it had 27 miles on it. I have the title showing the date of purchase and mileage when they too delivery of the vehicle. One owner vehicles always tend to be maintained by the book, this one lives up to that example. Within the last couple days I had the car inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic I take my vehicles to has been working on vehicles for 15 years working for a big new car dealership here in town, he is very good and all my vehicles go to him for the inspection and reconditioning. He has his own ASE certified repair facility and does anything from oil changes to rebuilding engines. He inspected it and told me its a very solid car. He put it up on a lift and inspected the engine/transmission and he also took it for a test drive. It did not need brakes and the engine and transmission did not have any mechanical issues. He replaced the oil & filter and thats really all the car needed. Mechanically I usually have my vehicles for a week or two before I list them on the internet, this gives me enough time to personally drive them for a few days and get them inspected. I put about 70 miles on this car and it drives great. It does great on the highway, very quiet at 65-70 mph with no vibration in the steering wheel and in town driving is as great as well. The engine does not make any abnormal noises, no ticking or knocking. It starts right up in the morning and idles very smooth when in neutral. The car accelerates without any hesitation or jerking and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. The streering feels very tight with no play, and so does the suspension. There are no issues with the car at all and I wouldn't hesitate to take it to Florida and back. I have seen these cars with over 150,000 still in excellent running condition, this one has right around 53,000 miles so it has a lot of life left. Usually when someone buys a new vehicle they take very good care of it. One owner vehicles are usually kept in the garage, and always serviced at the dealer on time. The previous owner were seniors and the was very well kept and never abused. Electrical The AC and heat works great, power windows work and so does the radio. There are no electrical issues with the car. Exterior The car was very well cared for and it definitely shows. The over all paint condition is excellent with no clear coat or rust issues.
