1999 Toyota 4Runner SR5

This is a very clean 1-Owner 1999 Toyota 4Runner SR5 4wd with 135,000 miles. The vehicle has averaged right around 11,000 miles per year, not bad considering most average drivers put 15,000 to 18,000 miles per year on a vehicle. I spoke with the original owner of the vehicle and he bought it new December 5th 1998 when it had 5 miles. He had the oil changed every 3000 miles, had the timing belt replaced at 100,000 miles and never had a single mechanical issue with the vehicle. Kept it in the garage when not driven and never had any accidents during his 12 year ownership. It's hard to find a 12 year old vehicle that was owned and driven by one person, so im glad to have this one for you're consideration. The exterior is in excellent shape with no clear coat issues or rust. The color is called "Desert sand metallic, its off white with a metallic pearl flake. He kept it in the garage so the paint is very glossy. The interior is in excellent shape, there are no stains on the seats, carpet or headliner and no unusual odors (non smoker). Mechanically it runs great, starts right up and idles smooth when in park, accelerates without any hesitation and the engine does not make any abnormal noises during acceleration or at idle ( no ticking or knocking ). The transmission shifts smooth through all the gears and highway passing gear is also great with no abnormal "jerking". It drives great at highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) with no unusual vibrations and it drives great in town as well. All electrical options work like they should, Power sunroof, power windows, power locks, power rear window for the lift gate, cruise, A/C etc...It also has 2 keys, owners manual and the original window sticker in the glove box. I just had it fully inspected and serviced within the last 10 miles by a ASE certified mechanic. He replaced the oil & filter, replaced the brakes and all other maintenance was up to date. The tires are nearly new with less than 2000 miles on them. It also comes with a nationwide warranty good at any Toyota dealership. This is a well cared for vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it on a 1000 mile round trip. These Toyotas are known to last more than 250,000 miles, this one has been perfectly mainteanced and will make someone a great SUV for several more years.
