2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport

This is a nice 1-owner 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4 with 86,000 miles. The Jeep has averaged right around 7800 miles per year, that's really good considering most average drivers put 15,000-18,000 miles per year on a vehicle. I also have the original Indiana title, it shows the previous owners purchase date of March of 2000 when the Jeep had 10 miles. I always try to get 1-owner vehicles because of the service history. The interior is clean with no stains on carpet or seats, and there are no abnormal odors (non smoker) Mechanically the Jeep runs very good. It starts right up and idles very smooth when in park. It accelerates without any hesitation and the engine does not make any abnormal noises during acceleration or at idle ( no ticking or knocking ). The transmission shifts very smooth through all the gears with no issues and the 4x4 works just like it should. This is a well cared for Cherokee and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it on a 1000 mile round trip. The AC and heat works great, power windows work, power door locks work and so does the radio. All electrical options work just like they should. Within the last 10 miles i had the Jeep fully inspected and serviced, all maintenance is up to date and it comes with a nationwide warranty at no cost. If you do a internet search on the 4.0L straight 6 engine in these Cherokees you will find some great reviews, they are pretty much bullet proof and have a huge following. I have seen a lot of these with well over 200.000 miles still in excellent mechanical condition, this one has right around 86,000 so it still has a lot of life left.
