The truck has averaged right around 5600 miles per year, that's really low considering most average drivers put 15000 miles per year on a vehicle. I always try to get 1-owner vehicles because of the service history. When someone buys a brand new vehicle they normally tend to maintain it very well. They are not abused when driven and kept in the garage when not in use, this one lives up to that example. It's hard to find a 10 year old 4x4 ZR2 that was owned by the same person the whole time, so im glad to have this one for your consideration. The truck was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. It was more then likely garage kept because the paint looks excellent with a nice deep gloss. The truck has no rust underneath and the interior is very clean with no stains on the carpet or seats (non smoker) Mechanically the truck runs and drives very good. It starts right up and idles smooth when in park. Accelerates smooth and shifts smooth through all gears. The steering feels great with no unusual play at highway speeds (65-70 mph). The push button 4x4 works just like it should and the suspension feels firm with no unusual noises when going over bumps on the road. This is a well cared for truck and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it on a 1000 mile round trip. Within the last 10 miles i had the truck fully inspected and serviced, the mechanic replaced the driveshaft U-joint, replaced oil & filter and all other maintenance was up to date. There are no mechanical issues with the truck so I am including a nation wide warranty through a warranty company at no additional cost ( $0 deductible ). You are also welcome to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic as well. The AC and heat works great, cruise works just like it should, power windows work, power door locks work and so does the radio. All electrical options work just like they should.
