This is a very clean 2002 Chevy Malibu LS with 33,750 miles. The car has averaged right under 3,400 miles per year, thats low miles considering most average drivers put 15,000 miles per year on a vehicle. Mechanically the car runs and drives great. It starts right up and idles very smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the engine does not make any abnormal noises during acceleration or at idle ( no ticking or knocking ). The transmission shifts smooth through all the gears and the steering feels great with no vibrations at highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ). It's just a well kept vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to Florida and back. Within the last few miles I had it fully inspected & serviced by a ASE certified repair facility. He inspected it and told me its a very solid vehicle. He put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission ( no oil leaks or coolant leaks ). He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission and it was full and clean. He replace the engine oil & filter, turned the front rotors, replaced the wiper blades and all other maintenance was up to date. The AC is cold and heat works great, 6-way power driver seat works, cruise works just like it should, power windows work, power door locks work, power mirrors work and so does the radio & CD player. All electrical options work just like they should. The car also comes with a nationwide warranty at no cost. The car was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. It was more than likely garage kept because the paint looks excellent with a nice deep gloss, the car has no rust on the body or underneath. The interior is very clean with no ususual wear on the driver or passenger leather seats, the rear seats look nearly new ( see pictures ). The carpet and floormats are clean with no stains or rips and there are no unusual odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). These Malibus are known to last a very long time, there are a lot of these with well over 120,000 miles still in good running condition. This one has right around 33,000 original miles and a lot of life left. They are known for their reliability, low maintenance cost, low insurance and great fuel economy.
