2004 GMC Yukon SLT

This is a clean 2004 GMC Yukon SLT 4x4 Z71 with 65,437 miles. The vehicle has averaged right around 9300 miles per year, that's really low considering most average drivers put 15000 miles per year on a vehicle. This was my neighbors personal vehicle, he is a local fire chief and took excellent care of it. He bought it from a local GM dealer June 2008 when it had 25,000 miles on it. All the service work was done at the same dealer (records available) and he has never had a single issue with it. Mechanically the Yukon is in excellent condition. It rides great at highway speeds with no abnormal vibrations. The engine does not make any abnormal noises, starts right up, idles very smooth when in park and accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts very smooth through all the gears. The push button 4x4 works just like it should and the suspension feels great with no abnormal noises when going over bumps on the road. This is a very well kept Yukon and I would not hesitate driving it to Florida and back. Within the last 10 miles I had the Yukon fully inspected and serviced. The mechanic inspected it and told me its a very solid vehicle. He put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission. He also checked the fluid level and condition of the transmission, transfer case, front & rear differential and they were all full and clean. The transmission oil was replaced at 55,000 miles and the transfer case oil was replaced at 58,000 miles. The mechanic replace the engine oil & filter and all other maintenance was up to date, the tires are less than 2 weeks old. There are no mechanical issues with the vehicle so I am including a nation wide warranty through a warranty company at no additional cost ( $0 deductible ). You are also welcome to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic as well. If you do a internet search on these vehicles, you will see that these 5.3L V8 engines are good for a long time. A lot of these have north of 180.000 miles and are still in great running condition, I have personally seen them in the 200.000 miles range still running great. This one has has right around 65,000 miles so it still has alot of life left. The AC and heat works great, cruise works just like it should, power windows work, power seat works, power door locks work and so does the BOSE radio. All electrical functions work like they should. The Yukon was very well cared for by the previous owner and it definitely shows. The condition of the paint is in excellent shape with no rust or clear coat issues. The interior is very clean with no stains on the carpet or seats, there are thick huskey rubber floor mats in the vehicle and the carpet underneath has been kept very clean.
