The vehicle has averaged right under 1,600 miles per year, that's low considering most average drivers put 15,000 miles per year on a vehicle. The previous owner was retired and purchased the Buick brand new in 2004. They took very good care of the vehicle, kept it garaged when not driven and always serviced it on time. The paint is in excellent shape with a deep glossy shine, there is no clear coat issues or rust anywhere on the car and the under-carriage looks as clean as the rest of the vehicle. The interior looks nearly new with no stains on the carpet, the front leather seats look great with no unusual wear and the rear seats look new, there are no unusual odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). I drove the car and put close to 150 miles on it and mechanically it drives like a new vehicle. The car starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates smooth and shifts nice through all gears with no unusual noises. It drives very smooth at highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) with no steering wheel vibrations and it drives great around town as well. It's just a very well kept vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it on a 1000 mile round trip. Within the last 10 miles we had the car fully serviced and inspected by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic put the vehicle up on a lift and inspected the undercarriage ( no oil or coolant leaks ). The engine oil looked clean but I asked him to replace the oil & filter anyway, all other maintenance was up to date and the car comes with a $0 deductible nation-wide warranty at no cost. Being a CXL it has every option possible and here are a few: 3.8L V6 engine, Heated leather seats, Chrome wheels, Power seats, Key-less entry, 60/40 split bench front seat with the shifter on the column, Side air bags and dual front air bags, Dual climate control, CD player, Traction control, ABS brakes and more. These Buick's are known for their reliability, they have low maintenance cost, low insurance cost and they are great on gas ( up to 31 MPG ). There are a lot of Buick's out there currently for sale, but it's hard to find a 2006 model owned by the same person since new with 15,000 original miles, so we are glad to have this one for your consideration. The 3.8L V6 engines are more than likely the best V6 engine GM has ever made. A lot of these have well over 100,000 miles and still in good running condition, I have personally seen many with over 200,000 miles still running great, this one has a lot of life left with only 15,000 original miles. If you have been looking for a clean 4 door luxury sedan, this car would be a great vehicle to consider. It would make someone a great vehicle for the next 100,000 ( or more ) miles.
