Mechanically the car is in excellent shape. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. It drives nice at highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) with no unusual noises or vibrations and it does great in town. It's just a well kept vehicle and i wouldn't hesitate to take it to Florida and back. Within the last 10 miles I had it fully serviced and inspected by a ASE mechanic. He inspected it and told me its a very solid vehicle. He put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission (no leaks). He replace the engine oil & filter and all other maintenance was up to date, it also comes with a nationwide warranty at no cost. If you do a Internet search on these 5.3L V8 engines, you will find some great reviews and see that they are good for a long time. GM uses this engine in the Silverado and Sierra trucks, Impala SS models, and some of their other larger trucks and vans. So needless to say they are great engines and will last a long time with regular oil changes. The previous owner took very good care of the car and it definitely shows. It appears to have been garage kept because the paint is in great shape with a very deep gloss, there is no rust on the lower doors, rocker panels or underneath the vehicle. The interior is also very clean with no stains on carpet or rips on the seats, the rear seats look nearly new ( see pictures ). There are no unusual odors in the vehicle either. The car has every option possible and here are a few: It has the 303 horse power 5.3L V8 with displacement on demand, the car goes in to 4 cylinder mode on the highway and gets up to 26 mpg, and 8 cylinder mode during regular driving. It has a K&N air intake, the original air intake is in the trunk and comes with the car. It also has a power sunroof, heated leather seats, 18 inch premium polished factory wheels, XM radio, power seat and more.
