2006 Jeep Commander

The previous owner bought this Jeep here locally and owned it since it was brand new. They took excellent care of the vehicle and it shows, the paint looks great with a nice and deep glossy shine and the interior is also very nice with no unusual wear on the front or rear leather seats, 3rd row seat looks nearly new, the carpet is clean and there are no odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). I drove the vehicle and put around 50 miles on it and mechanically it runs & drives very nice. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. At highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) the vehicle drives down the road straight with no unusual noises and it does great around town as well. The 4X4 works just like it should and the suspension does not make any abnormal noises when going over bumps on the road. It's just a well kept SUV and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a 1000 mile round trip. Within the last 10 miles I had it fully inspected and serviced by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission. He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission, transfer-case, front & rear differential & they were all full and clean. He replace the oil & filter, the tires are in great shape and everything else was up to date. Being a Limited package it has every single option available and here are a few: Heated front leather seats, Navigation system, Power sunroof, DVD player, 3rd row seat, Second row Sky Light moonroof, Factory premium sound system, 5.7L Hemi V8, Premium factory chrome wheels, Chrome running boards, Tow package, Power seats, Memory driver seat, Rear parking assist, Rear A/C & Heat, Cruise control, Power windows, Power locks, Power mirrors and more. These 5.7L V8 Hemi engines are more than likely the best V8 engine Chrysler has built. They still use them in the brand new 2017 Ram Trucks, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango, Dodge Charger and the Dodge Challenger. I have personally seen them with over 250,000 miles still running great, this one has a lot of life left if you keep up with the regular oil changes.
