2008 Pontiac G5

The car has averaged right around 9,500 miles per year, not bad considering most average drivers put 15,000 miles per year on a vehicle. I drove the car and put around 150 miles on it & mechanically the car runs & drives just like a new vehicle. It starts right up and idles smooth when it park, it accelerates smooth and shifts smooth through all gears with no unusual noises. The car drives nice at highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) with no steering wheel vibrations or noises and it drives great in town. It's just a very well kept vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it to Florida and back. Within the last 10 miles we had the car fully serviced & inspected by a ASE mechanic. He put it up on a lift and inspected the undercarriage ( no oil or coolant leaks ). He replace the oil & filter, replaced the brakes, tires are nearly new and all other maintenance was up to date, the car also comes with a nationwide warranty at no cost. The previous owner took very good care of the car and it shows. It was garage kept when not driven and the paint looks excellent with a deep glossy shine, there is no clear coat issues or rust anywhere on the car. The color is called "Mystique Blue metallic" and looks great when in direct sunlight. The interior is also very clean with no unusual wear on the carpet or seats, there are no odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). The car has several nice options and here are a few: Power windows, Power locks, Power mirrors, Cruise control, Rear spoiler, CD player, traction control, keyless entry and more. These Pontiacs are known to be very reliable, they have low maintenance cost and they are great on gas ( up to 31 MPG ). GM has had the 2.2L ecotec 4-cylinder around for a long time, they even put the same engine in the brand new 2013 small to bid size vehicles including the HHR, Cobalt, Malibu and Chevy Cruze. A lot of these have well over 150,000 miles still in great running condition, this one has around 50,000 miles and a lot of life left.
