2009 Pontiac Vibe 2.4L

The the vehicle has averaged right around 12,000 miles per year, not bad considering most average drivers put 15,000 to 18,000 miles per year on a vehicle. The previous owner took very good care of the Vibe and it shows, the paint is in great shape with a nice & deep glossy shine, there are no clear coat issues or rust anywhere on the car. The interior is also very clean with no stains or unusual wear on the front & rear seats, the carpet is clean and there are no odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). I drove the Vibe and put close to 200 miles on it and mechanically it runs & drives like a new vehicle. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. At highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) the car drives down the highway straight with no unusual noises or vibrations and it does great around town. It's just a well kept vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it Florida and back. Within the last 10 miles I had the car fully inspected and serviced by a ASE certified mechanic. He put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission ( no fluid leaks ). He replaced the oil & filter, tires are nearly new ( Good Year ) and everything else was up to date, the car also comes with a $0 deductible nation wide warranty at no cost. The 2.4L VVT-i engine is more then likely one of the best 4 cylinder engines Toyota/GM has made. If you do a google search online you will find some great reviews, these cars have a huge following because of the excellent fuel mileage ( 34 MPG highway ), high reliability & low maintenance cost. A lot of these have well over 150,000 miles still in great running condition, I have personally seen them with 200,000 still running great, this one has right at 61,000 miles and a lot of life left. The Vibe has some nice options and here are a few: 2.4L VVT-i 16 valve 4 cylinder engine, Automatic transmission, Vehicle stability control, ABS brakes, Side air bags, Key-less entry, Front wheel drive, Rear folding seats for more cargo space, Power windows, Power locks, Power mirrors, Cruise control, MP3 CD player and more. The Pontiac Vibe was jointly developed by General Motors along with Toyota, who manufactures the mechanically identical Toyota Matrix.
