The car has averaged right around 10,500 miles per year, not bad considering most people put 15,000 miles per year on a vehicle. The previous owner took very good care of the vehicle and it shows. It was more then likely garage kept because the paint looks great with a nice and deep glossy shine. There are no clear coat issues or rust anywhere on the car and the under carriage looks as clean as the rest of the vehicle. The interior is also very clean with no unusual stains on the carpet, the leather seats are very clean with no unusual wear, the rear seats look nearly new and there are no odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). I drove the car and put close to 50 miles on it and mechanically it is in excellent shape. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates nice and shifts smooth through all gears with no unusual noises. It drives great at highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) with no vibrations or unusual noises and it drives great in town as well. It's just a very well kept vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to take it on a 1000 mile round trip. Within the last 10 miles we had it fully inspected and serviced by a ASE certified repair facility. The mechanic put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission ( no oil or coolant leaks ). He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission and it was full and clean. He replace the engine oil & filter, everything else was up to date and the vehicle comes with a zero deductible nation-wide warranty at no additional cost. You are also welcome to have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic as well. These 2.4L EcoTec 4-cylinder engines are very reliable and are still used in the brand new 2015 Chevy sedans. A lot of these have well over 150,000 miles and still in good running condition, this one has right around 42,000 miles and a lot of life left.
