The truck has averaged right around 2,200 miles per year, that's low considering most average drivers put 15,000 miles per year on a vehicle. I bought this truck here locally from a gentleman that I've known for over 15 years. He is retired, lives here locally during the summer for 6 months and lives in Florida for 6 months during the winter. He took excellent care of the vehicle and it shows, the truck was kept in his garage and looks absolutely new inside and out, even the undercarriage looks great ( see photos ). The color is called " Pearl White tri-coat " and the paint is in great shape with a glossy shine, there are no dents or scratches anywhere on the truck and it has zero rust underneath. The interior nice with no wear on the front seats, rear seats look brand new and the carpet is clean with no stains, there are no odors in the vehicle either ( non smoker ). I drove the truck and put around to 10 miles on it and mechanically it runs & drives like a new truck. It starts right up and idles smooth, accelerates without any hesitation and the transmission shifts smooth through all gears with no issues. At highway speeds ( 65-70 mph ) the truck drives down the road straight with no unusual noises and it does great around town as well. The 4X4 works just like it should and the suspension does not make any abnormal noises when going over bumps on the road. It's just a well kept truck and I would drive it anywhere in the country without thinking twice. Within the last 10 miles we had it fully inspected and serviced by a ASE certified repair facility, the mechanic put it up on the lift and inspected the bottom of engine and transmission. He also checked the oil level and condition of the transmission, transfer-case, front & rear differential & they were all full and clean. He replace the engine oil & filter, everything else looked great and the truck also comes with a $0 deductible nation-wide warranty at no cost. The truck has some nice options and here are a few: Navigation system, overhead DVD player with headphones that were never used, Power sunroof, Heated & Cooled leather seats, Heated steering wheel, Remote starter, Tow package, 5.3L Vortec V8 engine, Shift on the Fly transfer-case with the option of full time 2WD or full time 4WD, Factory 20 inch chrome wheels and more. These 5.3L V8 engines are the best V8 engines GM has ever built, I have seen a lot of them with over 200,000 miles still in great running condition, this one has right under 18,000 miles and a lot of life left. There are a lot of Avalanche trucks available for sale, but it would be hard to find a 1 owner, accident free Avalanche with under 18,000 miles in this kind condition, so I am glad to have this one of a kind example available for your consideration.
